if they have, i believe i may need to talk with the developers. i know when you post your songs on newgrounds it's free to use as long as you get credit for it, buuut apparently, from the looks of it, tux racer extreme seems to be quite big a production, despite it being free.
but hey, could i ask you to check up on it?
